Award-Winning Leader Recognized for Excellence in Global Career Advising and Talent Development
ADEL, Iowa — June 19, 2025 — The Institute for Career Advising & Development (ICAD), a division of Kuder, is proud to celebrate the selection of Paige McDonough as the recipient of the 2025 Outstanding Career Practitioner Award from the National Career Development Association (NCDA). The award was announced during the NCDA Global Career Development Conference held in Atlanta, Georgia.
McDonough, Senior Director of Career Development and a core contributor to ICAD’s thought leadership and course development, was selected for her extensive global service and innovative contributions to the fields of career advising and workforce development. She has worked with educational institutions, businesses, and governments alike to create scalable systems of support that elevate both learners and employees.
The award recognizes professionals who go above and beyond in delivering impactful career services. Candidates are evaluated on years of direct service, innovation in the field, and contributions to the profession through leadership and advocacy.
