ADEL, IOWA – 4-30-2024 –– The Institute for Career Advising & Development (ICAD), a division of Kuder, has been officially acknowledged as a recertification provider for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). This recognition is a tremendous step forward for all course participants who can now earn additional merits and professional development credit types.
The SHRM Recertification Provider Program was originally established to allow participating members the opportunity to offer professional development credits to SHRM-certified professionals as a way to maintain their SHRM certification status. All programs offered via the SHRM Recertification Provider Program are held to stringent standards that require the program or course to align with one or more of the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge® (SHRM BASK) components.
With more than 325,000 current members, SHRM represents a significant population of working professionals. The Institute for Career Advising & Development is deeply appreciative of the role it will now be able to play in supporting these individuals on their journey toward building a better workplace for all.
